Instead of stipulating customers MUST have a M365 or Security group named “ClarifyGo Recorded Users” for filtering of recorded users this should be a Group ID in AAD/Entra ID instead.
A great example of this is a recent customer of ours that tried to stick to their naming convention internally and were not satisfied with having to be forced to use this name.
Group IDs are a more logical approach for filtering of groups.
