Develop a reseller portal that support staff loginto with their own credentials where all the customers are listed and their recording portals can be access from.

This would increase security and the detail in audit logs.

Once the customers recording portal has been accessed restrictions to the call recordings should be applied that allow support staff to see recordings but not play, share, download etc.
